Rules
Please review these conditions before collecting a rental bicycle. They protect the rider, the equipment, and everyone sharing the route.
Receiving equipment
Inspect the bicycle together with a team member and report any visible damage before the ride. The rider is responsible for the equipment during the rental period.
Booking and collection
A booking is confirmed only after the date, collection time, bicycle category, and contact details have been agreed. Bring the identification requested during confirmation.
Safe riding
Follow traffic rules, use appropriate protective equipment, and check brakes, tires, and controls before setting off. Do not exceed the bicycle’s intended load.
Damage and loss
Stop using the bicycle if a fault appears and contact the rental team. Repair or replacement costs caused by misuse may be charged after inspection.
Returning the bicycle
Return the bicycle to the agreed location and time in the condition in which it was received, allowing for normal use.
